Yoga 101: Yoga for Beginners - |
In this comprehensive yoga workshop, participants will gain an understanding of the history and philosophy of Yoga, basic principles of alignment, pranayama (breathing techniques), an introduction to chakras, mudras, mantras, meditation and more. This will be an informative, experiential Yoga class that will answer many of your questions about yoga. This course is recommended for new and current students with an interest in a deeper understanding of yoga. There will a be limited number of spaces, so advanced registration is required. Yoga 102: Introduction to Energy Yoga - |
This course is offered as a follow-up to our Yoga for
Beginners' course, or to anyone looking to go further with their
practice. Here you will be guided deeper into Asanas (postures)
and Pranayama (breathwork) for a more physically challenging yet
energizing experience. Space is limited,
so advanced

| Gentle Yoga- | This Yoga class in downtown Orlando is perfect for beginners as well as those who desire a gentle to moderate, yet powerfully effective yoga practice. It combines asanas (postures) with deep breathing, meditation, guided imagery and visualizations to help relax the body, calm the emotions and center the mind. This is an open class- no prior registration required.

| Energy Yoga - | Energize your whole self in this invigorating class that blends many styles of Yoga to build strength, flexibility, balance, increased lung capacity and mental clarity. We integrate breath and movement to flow from one asana to the next, holding some postures. The result is meditation in movement. This is an open class, although prior yoga experience is recommended.

| Kundalini Yoga - | Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness. It awakens our core potential, developing endurance and integrity. Through the use of Kriyas (specific sets of postures, breathwork and sound) we strengthen our immune, glandular, circulatory and nervous systems, and gain an awareness of the impact of our habits. This class is appropriate for all levels. |
